Delivery Information & Charges
At Watermark Spas we are committed to ensuring the care and attention we put into our manufacturing processes isn’t undone when our product is travelling to you. We ensure that your items are checked and packaged as quickly and safely as possible. All products are securely packed and in the case of large items, are delivered to our customers by our specialist pallet company. We’ve devised specialist packaging to ensure each product is supported and protected during delivery, so that it arrives safely with the customer every time.
Once your order is ready to despatch, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date of your choice, and then on the actual day of delivery you will be given a contact number to check on its current status.
Please note that for insurance reasons our carriers are not able to enter your property and that you are responsible for the disposal of any packaging. Check with the driver to see if they will remove any pallet.
We would also strongly recommend that you avoid booking plumbers or other trades to coincide with delivery. You should factor in time to check for damage or defects to ensure delivery has been satisfactory; thankfully it is unusual but we always recommend to allow enough time to remedy and problems which arise. This is also highlighted in our terms and conditions of purchase.
All items on the site explicitly show the delivery charges that apply to the majority of UK postcodes. For a small number of locations including UK Islands and the Scottish Highlands, additional charges may apply. It is our policy only to charge our customers the delivery price which we have to pay our courier to deliver to you.

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1800. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but are chargeable based on postcode.
Small items not requiring manufacturing (such as bath oils and cleaners) will be dispatched on the same working day as they are ordered. For large deliveries, typical delivery will take between 5 - 7 working days. If delivery is likely to take more than 7 working days you will be advised.
For orders composed of many items we recommend ordering by telephone so we can consolidate delivery and minimise delivery charges. You can call our team on 01489 797130.
For some products, delivery may be dispatched directly from the supplier. In some cases this may lead to the delivery date being extended.
It is vital that when you take delivery, you spend time checking all your products before signing the delivery docket. In the event of any issue involving incorrect inventory or damage call 01489 797130 immediately while the driver is still with you. If good arrive damaged, we will arrange for replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
